About us
At Safety Stars, we believe safety training should be practical, engaging, and genuinely useful — never just a box-ticking exercise. Founded in 2018 as Only First Aid Limited, we have grown from delivering First Aid and Health & Safety courses to becoming an IOSH-approved provider supporting clients in more than 18 sectors nationwide. Along the way, we expanded our reach with national contracts, introduced Virtual Classrooms during the pandemic, strengthened our team across the UK, and added Mental Health First Aid to our expertise. Today, we specialise in First Aid, Health & Safety, IOSH, and Mental Health First Aid — all delivered by experienced trainers who bring energy, real-life context, and hands-on learning to every session. Whether for a one-off course or a long-term partnership, we make training simple, effective, and stress-free, with flexible options on-site, online, or in open courses.

Ben launched the business in 2018 with a clear goal: to make workplace training clear, relatable, and action-focused. With experience across sectors from education to logistics, he recognised that too many providers relied on generic content with limited practical value.
Safety Stars was created to offer something different — training led by experienced professionals, delivered flexibly to suit each organisation, and designed to build confidence as well as meet compliance. The focus has always been on making learning practical, engaging, and directly useful in the workplace.
