We deliver two accredited qualifications:

Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace (1 day)

Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace – Requalification (5 hours)

The Level 2 course is a full 1-day introduction to mental health in the workplace — suitable for first-time learners.
The Level 3 course enables those who qualify to be Mental Health First Aiders/Champions
All of our Mental Health First Aid training is delivered on-site or virtual classroom. Sessions are live, interactive and led by experienced trainers. With virtual classroom delegates can join from any location, and we keep sessions engaging and supportive throughout.
Yes — both the Level 2 and Level 3 courses are Ofqual-regulated, meaning they’re nationally recognised qualifications.
Definitely. We regularly deliver bespoke sessions for different departments or sectors. Just tell us what challenges your team is facing, and we’ll tailor a course around your goals — whether it’s resilience, stress awareness, or communication support.
It’s recommended that Mental Health First Aiders renew their training every 3 years. Our Level 3 Requalification course keeps their knowledge current and reinforces confidence in their role.
